A: Click "Buy Now" or "Contact Us" and it will give you an option to proceed to the next step, we will have you review & sign a copyright release form and an info sheet via google docs. All sessions are reserved once we receive your signed document agreeing to the session and payment or deposit. Any session amount under $100 is required to be paid in full. Payment can be made via cash, cash app, Venmo, PayPal Zelle, or crypto. Any crypto payments receive a 10% off discount.
A: No, we do not. After the shoot we will eliminate duplicate images, missed focus shots, shots with bad expressions and any other image that doesn't fit the session.
Q: Do you touch up all the images?
A: Yes. Every image is post produced which includes color correction, exposure adjustment, selective black and white processing, clarity adjustments and other corrections. If you want a custom touch up, please let us know and we have a special package for that.
Q: How do I get more custom edits?
A: Any images you select outside of the package will have an additional cost. Select the photos you would like us to custom touch up and make a payment.
Q: When will I get my images?
A: We request 2 weeks, but some editing is done quicker so your photos can be returned sooner. It is case by case.
Q: Will my photos be on your social media and website?
A: Typically we reserve the right to use the images on our social media and website, if there is any issues with that please address at the time or prior to your session. We can handle the situation before it becomes a problem.
Q: Can I bring my ... ?
A: Prior to our session, you will be given a list of things to bring and not to bring. Can you bring a friend, food, child(ren), music, boyfriend, mom, dog, etc.? Yes, you may bring them, keep in mind that your session begins upon the time you set your appointment, remind your guests to wear a mask and to not be a distraction.
Q: Theres a late fee and a cancellation fee?
A: Yes, the late fee is a fee for showing up to your shoot late and requesting the full time. Example: If you show up 15 minutes late to a 30 minute photoshoot, you can shoot for 15 minutes with no penalty or pay a late fee and get your full 30 minutes. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice are subject to 50% of your payment. You will receive a refund within 7 days. Late cancellations ruin days because the photographer within 12 hours of your session, time for preparation has already begun and the time slot has been protected. Also, repeat offenders will be blocked from receiving services for up to 5 years.
